Hi, I’m Dallas! I’m the founder and CEO of The Stable Mind PLLC — a practice rooted in compassion, creativity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. My love of horses and the calming, grounded presence they bring to healing inspired the name The Stable Mind, and it reflects the kind of care I strive to offer: steady, supportive, and tailored to you.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD (extensive history in treating veterans), infertility, and postpartum transitions. I approach therapy with a trauma-informed lens and love using a blend of evidence-based methods — like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and compassion-focused work — to really get to know you, not just your symptoms. I believe healing doesn’t have to look one way, and sometimes, it starts with finding the right space to feel safe, seen, and understood — whether that’s in talk therapy or while connecting over a shared love of animals.
My ideal client? Honestly — it’s someone who’s been through some things (maybe a lot of things) and is still showing up, even if it’s messy, slow, or doesn’t always make sense at first.
